ob Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit warehouse manpower such as pickers, packers, loaders, drivers, and delivery executives.
- Source and onboard delivery vehicles (bikes, vans, trucks) through vendors or direct owners.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to understand daily and monthly hiring requirements.
- Conduct interviews, screening, and document verification.
- Maintain hiring trackers, vehicle onboarding records, and compliance documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and vehicle availability reports.
- Resolve manpower and vehicle-related issues in coordination with operations teams.

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics recruitment preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
