About the Role:
As a Clicker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Dialer Admin team by:
- Clicking calls: Manually initiate calls based on agents' availability
- Data entry: Maintaining accurate records of call data and other relevant information.
- Basic administrative tasks: Assisting the Dialer Admin team with various administrative duties.
