1. Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth day to day functioning
2. Coordinate with production, store and quality departments for seamless workflow
3. Support operations team in achieving daily production targets
4. Monitor manpower deployment and assist in shift planning
5. Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials and resources
6. Maintain coordination between operations, planning and execution teams
7. Assist in maintaining quality standards and safety compliance
8. Track daily production progress and prepare operational reports
9. Support discipline, attendance tracking and workforce management
10. Identify operational issues and report to management with improvement suggestions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
