Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to schools, project sites, and community locations in Rangareddy district
- Coordinate with onsite stakeholders (teachers, field staff, community members) to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support CSR activities during field visits, including coordination, documentation, and engagement
- Act as a link between field stakeholders and the central project/CSR teams
- Collect field data, photos, reports, and feedback and share updates with the team
- Assist in organizing training programs, awareness sessions, and CSR events on the ground
- Follow up with relevant people onsite to get work executed as per project plan
- Maintain proper records of field visits and activities

Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and get work done
- Self-motivated, organized, and responsible
- Familiarity with Rangareddy district and surrounding areas is an advantage

Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in field operations, CSR projects, NGOs, education, or community programs
- Experience in coordination, outreach, or implementation roles
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
