Experience:Fresher to 3 Years
- Provide end-user support including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and issue resolution.
- Manage user and society creation, modification, and deletion in the system.
- Offer BMC and portal support, including user account management.
- Provide basic hardware support and resolve related technical issues.
- Travel to client locations for on-site support, issue resolution, and software/hardware demonstrations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
