Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and operating rotogravure printing machines:
- Support in mounting cylinders, ink preparation, and viscosity control:
- Monitor print quality, color matching, and registration during production
- Help reduce material wastage and downtime:
- Assist in routine machine cleaning and maintenance:
- Follow production schedules and meet output targets
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards:
- Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the senior operator
- Maintain basic production and shift records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or relevant trade preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in rotogravure printing (flexible for trainees with exposure)
- Basic understanding of printing inks, substrates (BOPP, PET, LDPE, etc.), and cylinders
- Willingness to work in shift operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
