Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Delivery Support
- Assist sales team with project scoping by consulting and coordinating with technical

experts.
- Assign projects based on bandwidth, availability and scheduling
- Coordinate multiple concurrent client projects from kickoff through completion
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks




- Ensure internal teams understand responsibilities, timelines, and expectations
- Proactively follow up to keep work moving and commitments on track
- Support team with scheduling, logistics, and task tracking
- Present management with project reports on a regular cadence, identifying risk areas and

opportunities

Client Communication & Expectation Management
- Serve as a coordination point of contact for clients during active projects
- Schedule and organize project meetings, check-ins-, and working sessions
- Help communicate scope, timelines, and next steps clearly to clients
- Support consistent, professional status updates and documentation
- Serve as an escalation point for clients

Operational & Documentation Support
- Maintain project plans, task lists, and status updates
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Assist with Statements of Work (SOW) coordination, change tracking, and pro
