1. Site Safety Monitoring
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure safe work practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and site audits.
- Identify hazardous conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure workers and subcontractors follow PPE and safety protocols.
2. Safety Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain compliance with OSHA/local safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Prepare, update, and maintain safety documents, permits, and inspection reports.
- Assist in developing and enforcing project-specific safety plans, JSA, and risk assessments.
3. Training & Communication
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Provide safety orientations to new workers and subcontractors.
- Communicate safety expectations clearly to all site personnel.
- Promote a safety-first culture across the job site.

5. Emergency Preparedness
- Ensure emergency procedures and evacuation plans are in place and understood.
- Check that first-aid stations, firefighting equipment, and emergency signage are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in fire and safety.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and safe work practices.
- Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Experience supervising safety in construction projects is an advantage.
- Min. 1 to 3 yrs. Of experience in fire and safety.
