What will you do?

HR Business Partner (HRBP) to for Global Capability Centre (GCC) plays a critical role in aligning the HR initiatives of GCC team based out of India with North America region. This role requires a deep understanding of Shared Services people practices,



pharmaceutical industry understanding and the ability to drive HR strategies that support our intent to scale GCC team and sustain best practices for Sun GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with Business & HR Leadership in India and North America to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management on key organizational and management issues.

Talent Management:
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding along with Talent Acquisition team
- Work with Talent Management CoE in contextualising talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.

Employee Relations:
- Develop and contextualise HR policies to enable GCC ways of working aligned with Sun Pharma values
- Build a Hi-tech and Hi-Touch onboarding program for GCC workforce and roll it out across Gurgaon and Mumbai
