Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple brands

Create monthly and campaign-wise content calendars aligned with business goals

Ideate high-performing content formats for Reels, Shorts, YouTube & static posts

Write or guide captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling formats

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Meta tools, analytics platforms) to improve efficiency and creativity

Coordinate with designers, editors, and performance teams

Ensure brand voice consistency across platforms

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)

Optimize content strategy based on data and insights

Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and platform updates





What We’re Looking For

2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Marketer / Manager

Robust understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience behavior

Proven experience managing and growing brand accounts

Working knowledge of AI tools for content and strategy

Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred

Bonus Points

Prior agency experience handling multiple clients

Experience with video-first and performance-led content

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,538.07 - ₹50,000.00 per month
