Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising Engine Assy lines and engine testing on test beds as per SOP and Monitor engine parameters such as torque, power, RPM, oil pressure, temperature, smoke, Noise, and vibration.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of TPM/Lean Management
- Good knowledge of Time study and Balancing of line activities.
- Ensure that engines as per Buckle up Prod Plan / DL Availability as per hourly alert are readily available for buckle up after testing and fitment of dress up components.
- Maintain I chart of defects and make action plans to reduce the rework
- Keep record of rework of engines and to coordinate with engine team for reducing the rework
- Monitor oil, coolant, and fuel leakage checks by team and no leakages should report after engine testing.
