About Interiocity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural & interior design concepts as per client requirements
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and GFCs
- Create 3D views, renders, and presentation layouts
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and vendors
- Conduct client meetings and understand project briefs
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications
- Ensure design feasibility with respect to site conditions
- Monitor site progress and resolve design-related issues
- Maintain documentation and version control of drawings
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray
- Understanding of working drawings and execution detailing
- Strong material knowledge (ply, laminates, hardware, finishes, HVAC coordination basics preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- Experience in residential turnkey interior projects
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and site coordination
