Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments where required. Maintain and update customer databases.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tele caller or in a similar role.:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English):
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel.:
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.:
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop/mobile.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales or lead generation.
- Good listening skills and positive attitude.
- Target-oriented mindset.
