The primary purpose of this role is to deliver Certified modules virtually to the highest standards, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience across the organization.
In addition, the role manages all administrative tasks and learner communications that enable seamless program execution, such as scheduling, participant engagement, and publishing session information on internal platforms. By combining expert facilitation with operational and communication excellence, this role supports organizational capability and reinforces the DGF culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery/Facilitation:
- Facilitate Certified modules virtually to the highest standards. This would include all existing modules, with an expectation to be the lead in any current modules launched.
- Continuously develop the skills as a facilitator ensuring all the latest skills and technologies are being utilized to the highest standards.
- Adapt delivery beyond scripts or handbooks, using expertise to address questions effectively.
- Manage incoming requests for Learning activities and set priorities for deliverables in conjunction with the team and business
- Willingness to facilitate programs in different shifts
- Ensure alignment with Group Standards and best practices
Administrative & Communications Responsibilities:
- Take care of end-to-end session administration, including scheduling, participant communication, and post-session follow-up
- Contribute to the delivery of training programs, evaluate the effectiveness of training against the program objectives, and recommend appropriate changes
- Ensure all the virtual training room and materials are ready for the facilitator
- Creation and publication of the virtual training sessions, via various channels, like Microsoft teams and intranet
- Support communication activities related to training programs
Reporting Obligations:
