About Role

We’re building India’s first clean perfumery movement. One that blends aromatherapy, emotion, and contemporary luxury into every touchpoint. As we scale into a mass-premium, culture-shaping brand, we’re looking for a Copywriter who can become the voice of our company across everything our consumer touches, feels, and reads.

Key Responsibilities

1. _Brand & Content Writing_
- Translate brand strategy into powerful stories that educate, inspire, and convert.
- Create engaging, sharp scripts for reels, influencers, founders’ videos, and brand films.

2. _Community Building & Communication_
- Help build, manage, and nurture the Secret Alchemist communities on WhatsApp & Instagram.
- Share updates, insights, ritual-led content, and thoughtful conversations that keep the community connected.
- Maintain a strong yet empathetic brand presence inside our groups.

3. _Cross-Brand Engagement_
- Initiate and manage conversations with other clean beauty, wellness,



fragrance, and lifestyle brands in the ecosystem.
- Assist in co-branded campaigns and cultural collaborations.

4. _Creative Collaboration_
- Work closely with design, performance marketing, brand managers, and founders to shape cohesive storytelling
- Partner with influencers to script, storyboard, and deliver content that feels authentic and aligned with our clean philosophy.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within beauty, wellness, skincare, fragrance, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to translate brand tonality into consistent messaging across digital platforms.
- Experience writing performance-driven ad copy for Meta/Google is a plus.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, D2C environments with quick turnaround times.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, especially within beauty and wellness.
