Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing professional in Real Estate is responsible for generating leads, promoting real estate projects, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility in the real estate market.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Present and explain real estate projects (residential/commercial/plots) to clients.
- Conduct property site visits and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and closures.

Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and channel partners.
- Manage online property listings and portals.
- Support branding, promotions, and launch events.




- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead reports.
- Work closely with channel partners, brokers, and internal teams.

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of property sales processes.

Preferred
- Experience with residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Local market knowledge and broker network.
