Job Description: Pattern Master (Denim & Non-Denim)

Department: Production / Design

Reporting To: Production Head / Technical Manager

Job Location - Vasai East.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Pattern Making & Development:
- Develop on-screen garment patterns using WINDA CAD software.
- Create patterns for denim and non-denim garments.
- Handle tops and bottoms (shirts, t-shirts, jackets, jeans, trousers, skirts, etc.).
- Develop base patterns, size sets, and grading as per buyer specifications.
- Convert design sketches and tech packs into accurate patterns.

Fit & Sampling:
- Conduct and attend fit trials.
- Analyze fit issues and implement pattern corrections.
- Coordinate with sampling and merchandising teams for timely sample development.

Production Support:
- Provide technical support during bulk production.
- Ensure patterns are production-friendly and cost-effective.
- Resolve pattern and fit-related issues during manufacturing.

Documentation & Coordination:
- Maintain pattern records,



grading sheets, and size charts.
- Work closely with design, QA, and production teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Solid knowledge of Denim & Non-Denim garment construction.
- Hands-on experience with WINDA CAD (garment pattern making software).
- Expertise in tops & bottoms patterns.
- Good understanding of garment fit, grading, and fabric behavior.

Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology / Garment Technology or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience as a Pattern Master.
- Strong understanding of denim shrinkage, wash effects, and shrinkage allowance during pattern development.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
