Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers visiting the MG showroom in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and walk-in customers efficiently
- Maintain visitor records and direct customers to the concerned sales or service executives
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and appointments
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist in basic administrative and documentation work as required
- Support showroom operations to ensure a smooth customer experience





Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
- Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude
- Prior experience in automobile showroom or customer service will be an added advantage
