Position: Electrical Welder / Fitter
Department: Electrical / Maintenance / Project
Reports To: Electrical Supervisor / Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Electrical Welder / Fitter is responsible for installation, fabrication, fitting, welding, and maintenance of electrical structures, cable trays, panels, supports, and related equipment ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fitting works related to electrical installations.
- Fabrication and erection of cable trays, cable supports, brackets, and structures.
- Installation and alignment of electrical panels, conduits, and equipment.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, and welding as per drawing and site requirements.
- Assist electricians during installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper grounding and structural safety standards.
- Maintain tools, welding machines, and safety equipment.
- Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and company procedures.




- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance work when required.
- Read and understand basic electrical and fabrication drawings.

Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of arc welding / gas welding techniques.
- Basic understanding of electrical installation work.
- Ability to use fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Physically fit for site work.

Qualification
- ITI / Technical Training in Welding, Fitter, or Electrical Trade preferred.
- Relevant industry experience in electrical or construction projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
