Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations of our UAE cross-border remittance business on the BOTIM platform. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of money transfers while maintaining high standards of customer experience, operational control, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage end-to-end remittance transactions across multiple corridors and payout channels (wallets, bank transfers, cash pick-up, instant rails).
- Handle transaction exceptions including pending, failed, reversed, refunded, or delayed transfers, ensuring resolution within defined SLA/TAT.
- Coordinate with payout partners, banks, and internal teams to investigate issues and confirm transaction closure.
- Support BOTIM app-related operational issues such as status mismatches, callback failures, and fee/FX discrepancies in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.




- Manage customer complaints through a ticketing platform, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA and regulatory expectations.
- Monitor dashboards and alerts, perform first-level incident investigations, and raise well-documented incident tickets.
- Perform daily reconciliation between internal systems, partner reports, and settlement files; resolve breaks and escalate settlement or funding exceptions.
- Prepare end-of-day reports covering transaction count/volumes, success rates, pending ageing, incidents, and partner performance.
- Identify recurring issues, support process improvements, and contribute to stronger controls and automation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in remittance, payments, or fintech operations (cross-border exposure preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity
