Role Overview

We are looking for a caring, patient, and responsible individual to support children with autism after therapy sessions. The role involves providing shadow support, engaging children in structured activities, and ensuring a secure, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one shadow support for children with autism
- Assist children after therapy sessions with activities and engagement
- Help implement therapist-recommended routines and behaviour strategies
- Conduct simple developmental and activity-based learning sessions
- Support social interaction, communication, and emotional regulation
- Ensure child safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
- Observe behaviour and share progress updates with parents / management
- Encourage participation in structured play and skill-building activities
- Maintain a calm, patient,



and supportive environment
- Assist in daily care routines when required

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience working with children with special needs / autism
- Experience as shadow teacher, therapy assistant, or child support staff preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and emotionally sensitive personality
- Good observation and communication skills
- Ability to handle behavioural challenges calmly
- Commitment to working full time from office
- Passion for working with children and supporting development

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in psychology, special education, childcare, or therapy support
- Experience working in therapy centres, schools, or special education setups
- Knowledge of structured activity planning
- Basic understanding of behaviour management techniques
