Solar Service Technician (Maintenance & Washing) Company: R&G; Renewable Energy Location: Panchkula / Tohana | Permanent Job Responsibilities: Attend complaints of already installed solar plants Solar panel washing and routine maintenance Dismantling and re-installation of solar plants when required Replacement of 1-2 solar panels if needed Connect 1-2 panels to battery system when required Basic inverter, wiring, MCB checking ❌ No current solar installation work Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years experience in solar service & maintenance ITI/Diploma not mandatory (experience is enough) Freshers not allowed Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month Extra commission only on panel washing No extra commission for complaints Benefits: Paid leave Travel / fuel allowance Mobile reimbursement.
