To provide high-quality education and holistic development to primary students by creating a secure, engaging, disciplined, and learner-centered classroom environment aligned with the school’s vision and curriculum.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per school curriculum, CBSE/State Board guidelines.
- Ensure conceptual clarity through activity-based and experiential learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments.
- Conduct regular class tests, unit tests, and remedial sessions.
- Maintain students’ notebooks, assessment records, and academic progress reports.
- Use ICT tools, smart boards, and digital resources effectively (where applicable).

Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and positive classroom culture.
- Ensure child safety, emotional well-being, and inclusivity.
- Encourage good habits, moral values, and life skills.




- Handle classroom behavior issues with patience and professionalism.

Student Development
- Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized support.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
- Support overall development:academic, social, emotional, and physical.
- Observe and report learning or behavioral concerns to school authorities.

Parent & School Coordination
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues for planning, events, and academic improvements.
- Follow school policies, rules, and code of conduct strictly.

Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance records and classroom documentation.
- Participate in school training programs, workshops, and meetings.
