We are seeking a meticulous, organised and confident Scrum Master with excellent communication skills. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and the big picture. As a Scrum master, You must be experienced in managing multiple teams and projects, and report on them efficiently.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate the team and company on how to use Scrum/Agile practices.
- Encourage self-organisation and work towards teams becoming self-sufficient.
- Work with the Product Owners to increase ownership and maturity levels as well as backlog grooming/maintenance & dependency management.
- Encourage the team to proactively remove impediments and step in to help when they can’t.
- Build a trusting and secure environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged; with an emphasis on problem-solving & team unity.
- Facilitate getting work done without coercion, assigning,



or dictating the work.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Track retrospective actions and ensure that they get completed as part of continuous improvement.
- Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
- Adapt to shifting circumstances while maintaining stability.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:
- First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM1 preferred).
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches and techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
- Knowledge and experience of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the gaps left in the Scrum approach (eg: Multiple burndown techniques, Retro formats, bug handling app
