Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers from the provided database
- Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to courses, admissions, or services
- Explain program details clearly and persuade prospects to take the next step
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for smooth lead closure
- Maintain a qualified and positive approach during all interactions
Eligibility & Skills
- Any graduate
- 0-10 years of experience in telecalling, admissions, sales, or customer support
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil (additional languages preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and work with targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software)
- Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
