Mumbai, India- Legal and Public Policy- Netflix, the world's leading streaming entertainment service, seeks an experienced Counsel, Litigation to join the legal team for India.
- This is an exciting and challenging role in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for all aspects of content-related disputes: handling pre-litigation claims; acting as the company’s Grievance Officer for content-related grievances; setting strategy for filed litigation and working closely with external counsel to implement that strategy. The role sits within the India legal team and involves close and ongoing collaboration with members of the Business & Legal Affairs team, the company’s various Content verticals, the public policy team, and other stakeholders throughout the company. Robust risk tolerance,



an experienced perspective on litigation and litigation risk, and an ability to understand and manage multiple internal resources dealing with cutting-edge legal issues are critical in this role.
