About Us

Studio Sabi is a premium photography and video production studio based in Delhi, working with fashion brands, designers, ad agencies, corporates, and e-commerce clients. We are looking for a motivated and organized Client Coordinator / Sales Executive to manage incoming leads and help convert them into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally:
- Understand client requirements (shoot type, date, budget, usage)
- Share studio portfolio, basic pitch, and information with clients
- Schedule calls/meetings between clients and the Creative Director
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain and update lead records in Excel / Google Sheets




- Coordinate internally with the editing and production team after project confirmation

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident on phone calls and WhatsApp conversations
- Organized and follow-up oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in sales, client handling, or service industry
- Basic understanding of photography, fashion, or creative agencies
- Experience handling Instagram DMs or business WhatsApp

10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
(6 days working, Sunday off)
