Salesforce Administrator:
Your responsibilities




- Understand requirements and develop solution proposals in cooperation with the team and stakeholders.
- Investigate and diagnose problems related to the platform to find workarounds and eliminate root cause.
- Perform essential administrative functions, including user management, modifying Lightning apps, page layouts, creating reports and dashboards, custom fields, and routine tasks.
- Participation in the team for the Salesforce platform environment
- Assist in training new users and expanding Salesforce skills across the organization.
- Maintain documentation of current and new platform adjustments
- Conduct regular internal platform audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Maintaining user accounts, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Acts on developing necessary CRM skills.
- Acts on maintaining global CRM solution.
- Acts on further development of global CRM solution
- Acts on global support processes
