Assist in compliances related to Venture Capital Funding, FEMA, Cross— border structuring, day—to—day ROC compliances.
- Review and drafting of various agreement (e.g. such as SHA, MSA, etc)
- Provide administrative support to the corporate law team
- IPR Related work
- Assist with the preparation of board meeting minutes and agendas
- Conduct company secretarial research and drafting
- Manage the company's compliance with regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law or commerce
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Being CS would be preferable but not mandatory

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
