Job description for the role of a Resident Warden-UG Program

We’re launching Scaler School of Technology a fully residential 4-Year Undergraduate Program delivered by 100+ leaders from Google, Microsoft, Uber etc. Learners graduating from the program will be awarded both - a BSc in Computer Science from BITS Pilani & a Master in Computer Science from globally accredited Woolf University.

Requirements:
- Resident wardens (both male + female) required
- Years of experience :



2+ Years
- Open for duties for 7 days in a week

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- An ability to connect with young people
- Be Organised, versatile, calm and approachable
- First Aid trained (or agreement to be trained)

Responsibilties:
- Responsiblle for discipline and decorum in the micro campus
- Responsible for in & out time tracking of all students
- Responsible for attendance in the micro campus every night
- Responsible for safety of students
- To be a SPOC for scaler to Stanza for all issues related to micro campus
- To be a SPOC to parents for all issues related to students
- Head of operations at the hostel
- everything will flow through them
- Responsible for conducting all events in the main campus
- Ensuring all notice boards have updated & correct info.
- The Duty of a Resident warden is to Serve as administrators, supervisors and co
