Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade network systems, including hardware, software, and communication links.
- Monitor network performance and implement changes to improve speed, reliability, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, including issues related to Microsoft 365.
- Assist in planning and implementing network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data backup.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Assist in managing the IT budget, forecasting needs, and controlling expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related issues, with a focus on Microsoft 365 tools and services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 1-2 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
