Our analytical tools and services utilize collated, organized and interpreted data from land records, property registrations, tax filings, court mandates, land-use regulations, master plans, cadastral surveys, infrastructure plans, municipal by-laws, building codes and planning requirements. With our tools and data, we aim to provide reliable information about property ownership, registration status, disputes, tax compliance history and all other information that one will need to make a safe and secure property investment. About the job
At TEAL, we're looking for Legal Executives with 0- 1 year of experience who would work closely with our legal team.
Responsibilities
1. Conducting and verification of title due diligence and providing legal opinion
2. Drafting and vetting of contracts and other documents
3. Effective management of cases allotted and timely reporting of escalations
4. Coordinating with external counsels and clients
5. Conducting research on land laws of different states and coordination with vendors for securing documents and reports
6. Handling property registration work
7. Handling other related tasks assigned time to time
Eligibility
We're looking for someone who:
1. Can work with confidential documents.
2. Has basic understanding of real estate laws (Having sound knowledge of RERA is an added advantage)
3. Pays attention to detail,
4. Is able to work independently with mínimal supervision
5. Has valuable communication skills
6. Is proficient in one or more of the following languages -Hindi, Marathi,
