- Develop and implement strategies for _in vitro, in silico_ and/or _in vivo_ immunogenicity risk assessments.
- Conduct literature reviews and evaluate risks during product development and regulatory submissions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand study objectives.
- Design Innate and Adaptive Immunogenicity studies, Immunological assays, and biomarker analysis as applicable, with appropriate selection of controls.
- Experience in PBMCs and mammalian cell cultures, ELISAs, Cell viability & Proliferation, Dendritic and T-cell activation assays is preferred.
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end activities with service providers, in compliance to regulatory requirements and best industry practices.
