Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Drive sales of microscopes and diagnostic products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agriculture Labs, FSL, and related industries.
- Schedule and attend meetings with doctors and key stakeholders through planned visits or calls.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities as directed by the NSC/NSM.
- Maintain regular reporting on customer interactions, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Manage area sales operations, collections, and customer complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer and business relationships.
- Understand product functionality and assist with troubleshooting when needed.




- Submit weekly reports and sales updates to management.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostic equipment mandatory.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
