About the company: CoWorkIndia provides shared office space for startups and small companies who are looking for professionally managed office space. Currently we have office space for more than 300 people across multiple facilities in HSR Layout. CoWorkIndia is in expansion phase and we expect to open four centers across Bangalore in the next one year.

Designation: Housekeeping supervisor

Reports to: Center Head

Experience & Education : Should have at least one year of experience in supervisory role or three years experience in Housekeeping role

Compensation : Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000

Language : Hindi. Ability to speak and read English would be a plus

Requirement: Housekeeping supervisor at CoWorkIndia oversees the houskeeping staff, ensures scheduled cleaning and handles escalations.



This role ensures that office space is maintained neat and clean and SLAs are adhered to. The Houskeeping Supervisor is responsible for training housekeepers, ensuring supplies are ordered and stocked in advance, maintaining a roster and schedule

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including ad hoc workers
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Inventory and Budget Management:
- Monitor housekeeping supply inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage the budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, usage, and waste.

Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the work place comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain a clean and sanitary office space setting.
