Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations, ensuring stability and efficacy.
- Conduct trials and evaluations for recent product development and existing product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and market requirements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive formulation development reports, stability data, and technical documentation.
- Handle regulatory documentation for product approvals, certifications, and legal compliance.
- Ensure all records are maintained as per GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Source and evaluate new raw materials in collaboration with vendors.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams for smooth product development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, ingredients, and innovations in the cosmetics and pharma industry.





Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in cosmetic science, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in formulation & development in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of formulation techniques and ingredient compatibility.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams for product development and troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
