Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote trading and investment services
- Explain products such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Demat accounts
- Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients
- Follow up with interested clients and close sales targets
- Maintain client details and call records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the KYC and operations team for smooth account opening
- Provide basic market information and resolve initial client queries
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Gujarati Hindi,regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of stock market and financial products
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to build trust with clients over calls
- Freshers with interest in stock market can apply
