We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced L3 EMS Engineer to manage, administer, and support enterprise-grade monitoring infrastructure using OpenText Enterprise Monitoring Suite (EMS). The ideal candidate should possess robust troubleshooting expertise, monitoring integration experience, and hands-on knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools and infrastructure environments.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with OpenText EMS tools – OBM, NNMi, SMAX, UCMDB, SiteScope & NA
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring, Event Management & Infrastructure Monitoring
- Experience in Linux & Windows administration environments
- Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL/Vertica databases
- Scripting knowledge in Shell, Perl, or Python
- Experience in monitoring integrations, automation & event forwarding

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise monitoring infrastructure
- Configure dashboards, policies, topology mapping & monitoring solutions
- Troubleshoot monitoring, failover, integration, and performance issues
- Prepare monitoring reports, metrics & RCA documentation
