Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

· We are seeking a competent Counselling Psychologist to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to categorize clients. Carry out effective interventions. Delivering effective one-on-one virtual counselling sessions. Conducting and analyzing data to improve mental health interventions.
· To ensure addressing/counselling the mental health concerns of the beneficiaries by providing necessary explanations and giving necessary therapy through a telemedicine platform and abiding by the guidelines stated, specific to the project catering to.

Duties and responsibilities
- Connect/communicate with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis via call/message to create specific and achievable goals that help them achieve their long-term goals related to health, Health related habits, Mental & Emotional wellness, and lifestyle (Exercise & sleep).

· Conduct psychometric assessments.
· Categorize and analyze screening results to identify high-risk or suicidal individuals.




· Provide one-on-one counselling sessions with employees using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
· Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support to individuals in distress.
· Deliver psychoeducational sessions about various mental health concerns, treatments, and prognoses.
· Conduct orientations and mental health awareness activities via webinars,
· Document all interactions during consultations, including online calls and messages.
· Track mental health metrics and update daily numbers in designated tools such as Excel.
· Publish end-of-day (EOD), weekly, and monthly reports based on counselling sessions and activities.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the patients and ensuring patient privacy (Ensure adherence to ethical standards in mental health counselling)
- Valuable experience in delivering Psychoeducation about various mental health concerns its treatment and Prognosis.
