Qualification and
Experience Required:




- Postgraduate/MBA/Masters
in Social Work
- 12
– 15 Years of experience with exceptional donor management and stakeholder
skills

Key Responsibility Area:
- Relationship
Management – managing portfolio of donors, develop
annual engagement plans and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships
through program expansion.
- Donor
Management – ensure timely reporting and reviews,
coordinate donor visits and showcase impact. Address donor concerns
proactively.
- Partnership
strengthening – work with program and finance team to
identify opportunities for scale within existing donor portfolio, program
extensions and renewals
- Program
Governance – ensure compliance to donor agreements and
reporting requirements, monitor progress against commitments, milestones and
budget utilization
- Communication
– Lead prep of donor reports and impact stories, ensure consistency in
communication
