Your role at a glance
The Lead Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician possess an expert level of knowledge of their role and is responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems.

This role is also responsible for the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way and ensures that data center problems are promptly identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer service level agreements are met.



The Skilled Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, while improving efficiency, and implementing new strategies.

This role acts as an informal facilitator and/or team leader, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving operational excellence.
What we are looking for
Key Responsibilities:Designs, plans, installs, and/or maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems in mission-critical, high-risk, or high-reliability environments such as data centers or utilities infrastructure.Works with all major systems within a facility or building such as electrical and HVAC systems and performs regular maintenance on all systems.Ensures proficient understanding of sensitive facility components that may be impacted by failures or malfunctions of infrastructure systems.Analyzes current operating conditions and recommends new preventative and proacti
