Required Skills & Experience

Material Creation

Create recent material master records in SAP/SparesFinder for operational and maintenance requirements.

Material Modification

Update existing material attributes, descriptions, classifications, manufacturer details, and specifications based on approved requests.

Material Reactivation (Undeletion) / Deactivation

Restore inactive materials when justified and deactivate obsolete or duplicate records to maintain data integrity.

Project & Bulk Data Management

Execute large-scale material creation, modification, and cleanup activities supporting projects, transitions, and business initiatives.

Create and maintain OEM (manufacturer) records in SAP.

Perform vendor and manufacturer data cleansing and standardization

Taxonomy & Classification Management

Standardize material classifications, dictionaries, attributes, and naming conventions to ensure global consistency.

Ensure completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy of material master data.

Perform duplicate checks, housekeeping, and compliance reviews.
