JOB OVERVIEW
The Associate Consultant serves as the operational subject matter expert (SME) for the contingent workforce program within their designated location(s) and group(s). This role will support India professional contingent worker engagements for India Foods and GIC and will provide backup support for D&T; engagements. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of program activities, ensuring the achievement of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining high quality standards.
The Associate Consultant will provide guidance to resource managers and vendors on program processes and contribute to data-driven improvements in the contingent workforce program.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program within the designated location(s) / group(s).
- Act as the primary point of contact for contingent workforce program-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to contingent workers.
- Performance Monitoring & Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and address any identified gaps.
- Maintain high quality standards in all aspects of the contingent workforce program.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
