Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Linux-based software applications and platform components.
• Develop and enhance Linux kernel modules, device drivers, and system services as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, kernel, and system-level issues.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimization solutions.
• Develop automation scripts for build, deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design activities.
• Support software integration, validation, and product releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Linux software development.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++.
• Experience with Linux user-space and system programming.
• Robust knowledge of Linux operating system concepts and internals.
• Experience with multi-threading, IPC mechanisms, and networking.
• Familiarity with shell scripting (Bash) and automation tools.
• Experience using Git and build systems such as Make, CMake, or Yocto.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Linux kernel development and device driver programming.
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux, Yocto, Buildroot, and BSP customization.
• Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and SSH.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
