Design Competency Requirement
1.Basic Knowledge of control system parts such as assembly clutch master cylinder(CMC), Clutch slave cylinder, brake pedal assembly , clutch pedal assembly , parking brake lever , parking and clutch cables , clutch/brake pipe.
2. Expertise in Creo required to do CAD packaging of control system parts. 3. Proficient in drawing preparation and its release in PLM.
4. Having worked on clutch / brake pipe & parking cable layouts.
5. Able to do benchmarking of control cystem parts.
6. Ensure design rules/ design guidelines.
7. Need to participate in various weight and cost reduction ideas
8. Positive knowledge of GD and T required
9. Resolve CAD packing & in plant issues.
Software Competency
1. Good knowledge in Creo and PLM System.
2. Should have basic exposure to Creo Analysis. 3.
Basic knowladge of TCUA
Development Competency
1. Ready to interact with various agencies like ODT, IDT, CAE, DMU and plant teams to understand the issues & resolve.
2. And also need to interact with protoshop, planning, stores, SBP for part development activity
3. Should correlate the field failures to design shortfall and make design rule & guidelines
4. Should interact with suppliers for part development
Managerial Competency
Excellent communications skills, demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels , should be good team member , Should do supplier interactions.
