Job Responsibility

Stakeholder Management
- Provide updates of the project and provide assistance in the project plan to Team Leader
- Understand and document requirements.

Service Management
- Participate in planning resources, project schedule, and release schedule.
- Responsible for developing/maintaining software and assisting in planning high-level architecture

Service Tracking
- Ensure adherence to software requirements including client security and compliance needs
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to defined processes (like creating JIRA issues, git, creating knowledge articles/blogs)
- Ensure schedule adherence for release requests and notify stakeholders in case of deviations

People Management
- Continually assess skill level and provide intervention assistance.




- Provide inputs for learning plans.
- Provide inputs for appraisal rating, promotion recommendations and rewards and recognition.
- Evaluate candidates during the lateral hiring process.

Technical Skills
- Mandatory knowledge of Core PHP and Mysql
- Hands on Wordpress, Magento, Joomla and other CMS, frameworks like Laravel, CakePHP
- Expert in logical API and third party integration
- Valuable knowledge in CSS, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, XHTML, XML
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience with GIT
- Experience with Server Management (Linux)
- Experience with Web Servers (Apache, Nginx
