We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding to support our sales team in driving business growth. The role focuses on generating leads, managing client inquiries, and providing tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of freight forwarding operations and a proven ability to build client relationships remotely.Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and online research to build a robust pipeline.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding international freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land), providing quotes and solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate pricing, shipment coordination, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software, tracking interactions and sales progress.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to convert leads into sales and secure repeat business.
- Stay informed about market trends,



shipping rates, and international trade regulations to offer competitive solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal review.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, including shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Solid phone and email communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
