Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Expert who can identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for our AI/tech services. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients across industries who can benefit from AI/tech solutions
- Outreach: Connect with leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualification: Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on fit and intent
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions, status, and next steps
- Coordination:



Work closely with the sales and product team to pass on qualified leads and support conversions
- Reporting: Track daily/weekly metrics and share performance reports
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new lead sources

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus
- Target-driven, persistent, and good at follow-ups
- Basic understanding of tech/AI/SaaS products is an advantage
- Graduate in any field
