Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job

To drive sales and business development within the assigned region by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving regional revenue targets. The role ensures effective execution of sales plans and supports the division’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and long-term growth plans.
 Identify and pursue recent business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
 Establish, monitor, and achieve sales targets and performance KPIs for the team.




 Lead high-value negotiations and close strategic deals with key clients.
 Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
 Ensure efficient lead management and timely follow-up from exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
 Plan, direct, and implement integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
 Define and execute branding, advertising, and promotional strategies to enhance market visibility.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
 Formulate short- and long-term marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
