Role Overview

Intain is hiring a Finance Manager to modernize and automate our global accounting operations. You will manage our dual-entity financials (US parent/India subsidiary) and aggressively implement AI to automate management accounting and FP&A;, reducing manual bottlenecks in our current tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting, month-end close, and entity consolidation for the US Parent (QuickBooks/US GAAP) and Indian Sub (Zoho Books/Ind AS).

Spearhead the adoption of AI and automation tools to eliminate manual reporting and build dynamic FP&A; dashboards.

Collaborate with our external Consultant CPA on compliance, while leading internal workflow optimization.

Requirements

Solid practical understanding of US GAAP and Ind AS (CPA/CA is not required).

Hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

Proven track record of deploying automation and AI tools for financial reporting and process efficiency.

Experience managing multi-currency consolidations for a US-India corporate structure
